Ningbo Huarui Haitian International found in 2009 , it’s 14years old now ,Located in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China, with the second largest port “Beilun”, only 2 hours away from Shanghai.
Our factory has grown from 100 people at the beginning to own our own garment factory, dyeing factory, weaving factory and printing factory. Our annual production capacity is 10 million pieces (sets) of garments. Our products are sold globally and praised for high quality.

Special in uniform area, our products have successfully certificated to EN20471, ANSI, and  AS/NZS. We have been working on the research and development of functional fabrics and recycled fabric for many years. At present, we are able to produce a series of functional fabrics, including Flame retardant, Antistatic, Antibacterial ，Wicking and Degradable fabric . Our functional fabrics are well sold in Australia, USA and most of European countries, and are strictly in accordance with the standards of EN14116, EN11611, EN11612, EN1149 and UPF51+.
